By BUYING THIS SCENE are agreeing to the terms and conditions set out by Not Dead Yet Productions in relation to buying a scene from DONATE The Movie.  In doing so you confirm that your interest extends only to the privileges and experiences explicitly set out on the Buy A scene' page. You confirm that you have no artistic license or copyright ownership of the scene, and that you will not profit financially from the inclusion of the scene in the completed film. You acknowledge that all profits from Donate will go to kidney and organ donation charities.   You also understand that the scene you are buying is estimated a PG 15 rating with no violence, sexual violence or any other content which does not coincide with PG 15 rating guidelines. You understand that the scene may include some strong language and dialogue which deals with sensitive medical, clinical and ethical topics.
